Europe’s Most Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Programme Releases Official Analytical Documentation.
November 2025 – Brussels / Koper (SVN). The Green AC&DC Energy™ initiative, developed by Lirim Muharemi under the One World Order Institute (in formation), has officially released its complete analytical documentation, marking a major milestone in Europe’s transition toward measurable energy efficiency.
The publication provides a transparent, data-based overview of energy savings potential across seven key sectors – households, trade, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, public institutions, and industry – supported by verified calculations and sectoral impact summaries.
“This marks the moment when transparency becomes the foundation of Europe’s new energy culture,” said Lirim Muharemi, author of the Green AC&DC Energy™ programme. “We have demonstrated that real energy transition begins not with slogans, but with measurable efficiency.”
European Impact – Total Energy Effect
According to the EU Total Effect Summary, the cumulative results of all sectors show:
– 316 TWh of potential annual energy savings
– €37.9 billion in avoided electricity costs
– 77 million tons less CO₂ emissions
– An effect equivalent to 36 GW of generation capacity – more than 12 large nuclear power plants that Europe would no longer need to build.
These findings confirm that optimisation and smart technology can deliver the same results as new power generation, at a fraction of the cost and with zero environmental impact.
“When data becomes transparent, energy becomes intelligent – and intelligence is Europe’s new resource.”
— Lirim Muharemi, Green AC&DC Energy™
Transparency as Policy
All analytical documents are now publicly available under the Transparency & Public Reference section of the official website oneworldorder.eu. Each sectoral report is authored by Lirim Muharemi, with calculations based on verified data from European sources and conservative assumptions within the LIFE CET and REPowerEU frameworks.
About the Initiative
Green AC&DC Energy™ is a European programme for the optimisation of alternating and direct current systems across all energy-intensive sectors. By replacing outdated AC-only technologies with hybrid or DC-optimised systems, the initiative aims to reduce total electricity demand, stabilise grids, and make energy affordable, efficient, and transparent for all.
