Strategic partners for real energy pilots – not speculative investors

This page is the public reference point of the Green AC&DC Energy™ initiative – a European framework that connects hybrid AC&DC technologies, real-world energy measurements (Δ-Indicator™ / ΔE*) and official EU-level recognition into one systemic programme. Partners do not buy “shares” – they co-create real pilot projects in hotels, retail, households and industry by replacing devices that waste electricity.

NOTE: ΔE* is part of the Green AC&DC Energy™ Δ-Indicator™ methodology, developed by Lirim Muharemi to quantify and present real energy, cost and CO₂ savings across different sectors.

About this partnership

Green AC&DC Energy™ is designed, led and coordinated by its founder Lirim Muharemi, under the One World Order Institute. The programme focuses on reducing electricity use in everyday cooling systems – from hotel minibars and household refrigerators to commercial cabinets and selected industrial equipment – using hybrid AC&DC solutions and a clear ΔE* savings indicator. It connects:
  • real consumption measurements (before / after),
  • concrete replacement of equipment,
  • and EU-level funding and policy frameworks (LIFE CET, Horizon Europe).
Systemically, Green AC&DC Energy™ covers three main areas: households, tourism & hospitality and commercial / light industrial cooling (retail and food chains), with pilots designed to be replicated across the EU and beyond. At this stage we focus on strategic partners who can bring real sites, equipment and portfolios into the programme – not on speculative financial investors. Partners who join at this stage become part of the programme’s origin – helping to build a Europe-wide platform for intelligent energy efficiency and sustainable innovation.

EU correspondence & recognition

European Commission · DG ENER
The Green AC&DC Energy™ initiative has been formally acknowledged by the European Commission – Directorate-General for Energy (DG ENER). The official reply, signed by Rosalinde van der Vlies, Director for Just Transition, Consumers, Efficiency and Innovation, confirms the importance of innovation and efficiency in the cooling sector and invites participation in upcoming calls under LIFE Clean Energy Transition (CET) and Horizon Europe – Cluster 5.

Who we are inviting

We are opening the programme to partners who can implement and scale concrete projects:
ESCO companies
Energy service companies with access to hotels, supermarkets, public buildings or industry, looking for measurable savings and bankable projects.
Manufacturers & technology providers
Producers of high-efficiency or DC-based cooling appliances and related technologies interested in reference pilots and EU-wide visibility.
Hotels & hospitality groups
Single hotels or hotel groups ready to run pilot projects in rooms, kitchens or back-of-house cooling systems with clear ΔE* results.
Retail & food chains
Supermarkets, small food shops and cold chains with significant refrigeration loads and decarbonisation targets at group level.
Universities & research centres
Institutions working on energy efficiency, cooling and system design that are interested in real-life pilot laboratories instead of abstract models.
Public institutions & agencies
Ministries, municipalities and agencies for energy, climate and housing interested in replicable models for policy and funding schemes.

If you are an impact-driven sponsor, foundation or supporter who wishes to help scale this initiative, you are also welcome to contact us – always in the context of concrete pilots and measurable savings, not speculative finance.

What partners gain

By joining the Green AC&DC Energy™ programme as a partner, you gain access to a unique combination of intellectual property, analytical tools and real-world pilot opportunities:
Licensed use of the methodology
Use of the Green AC&DC Energy™ concept and Δ-Indicator™ / ΔE* within clearly defined projects, markets or tenders, under transparent licensing and co-branding agreements.
Pilot projects & EU-level visibility
Participation in flagship pilots across hotels, households, retail or public buildings, with strong communication potential at national and EU level.
Verified savings & analytics
Transparent “before / after” measurement in kWh, €, t CO₂ and a clear ΔE* indicator for each site or portfolio, ready for ESCO contracts and funding applications.
Strategic positioning
Early positioning in the shift from theoretical energy labels to real-performance electricity savings in cooling systems – in line with EU energy and climate objectives.
Long-term cooperation
A structured framework for multi-year pipelines (LIFE CET, Horizon Europe, national ESCO schemes) with a clear division of roles and benefits.

Next steps

If you are:
  • an ESCO company with a suitable client portfolio,
  • a technology manufacturer looking for reference pilots, or
  • a hotel or retail / hospitality group that wants to run a measurable pilot,
we invite you to open a direct dialogue with the founder and define where your first ΔE* pilot should start.

*Response time: 24–48h. All partnership enquiries are handled directly by the founder.*
