2. Scope of Rights

prepare and implement projects;
grant or refuse licences;
cooperate with EU institutions;
expand internationally;
enforce rights worldwide.

3. Protection of Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of EU and international law.

4. Limited Creative Commons License

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
