One World Order Institute

Who we are

One World Order Institute is the home of Green AC&DC Energy™ – a systemic programme that connects energy efficiency, health and the quality of life. We are not a classic ESCO or equipment supplier. We are an independent author’s initiative that designs concepts, methods and pilot models which others can implement, scale and finance.

Clarity statement: The name “One World Order” in our context means cooperation, responsibility and measurable results in one shared world. We are not affiliated with Illuminati, “NWO” conspiracy narratives, or any secret/occult organisations. Our work is public, transparent, and focused on practical energy-efficiency projects.
From one hotel room to an EU-wide transformation of how we use electricity.

Our mission

Green AC&DC Energy™ started as a very simple question: “How much electricity – and how many problems – could we avoid if we organised our equipment more intelligently?”

From hotel minibars and professional kitchens to lighting in homes and apartment blocks, the goal is always the same:
  • reduce electricity consumption and peak load,
  • improve reliability, comfort and safety,
  • protect health, sleep and the night sky,
  • create solutions that can be repeated and scaled across the EU.

How we work

The programme is built as an open framework for cooperation with ESCOs, manufacturers, hotels, retailers, cities and investors. We do not compete with your core business – we help you integrate a new logic of consumption and design into what you already do.
  • the author defines the concept, method and Δ-Indicator™ / ΔE* logic,
  • partners bring projects, financing and implementation capacity,
  • each pilot is documented so that it can become a repeatable model,
  • the same principles can then be applied in other buildings and countries.

The goal is to make it easier for ESCOs to offer new-generation projects, where energy savings and non-energy benefits go hand in hand.

What we focus on

From individual devices to whole systems

Many efficiency projects start and end with replacing one device by another – for example an old fridge with a more efficient one. Green AC&DC Energy™ goes a step further: we ask whether the device should be there at all and how it fits into the whole system.

That is why typical pilots include:
  • centralisation of minibars and cold storage in hotels,
  • smart modernisation of professional dishwashing and kitchen lines,
  • re-thinking lighting for health, sleep and safety,
  • hybrid AC&DC logic for homes and small buildings,
  • modular “micro-door” retrofits for retail and food chains.

Each solution is measured, documented and prepared in a way that can be offered as a repeatable package to ESCO partners and equipment suppliers.

Systemic scope

Hotels, households, industry – one common logic

The same simple principles repeat themselves in almost every sector: we break unnecessary loads into logical groups, stabilise what must always run, and move the rest to smarter, healthier and quieter solutions.

The Green AC&DC Energy™ programme therefore systematically covers:
  • households & residential buildings – lighting, cold chain, standby loads, small AC&DC systems,
  • tourism & hotels – rooms, kitchens, laundry, common areas, technical rooms,
  • retail & food chains – cabinets, cold rooms, back-of-house, logistics and micro-doors,
  • industry & services – where process loads meet comfort, safety and lighting.

Over time, this becomes not only an energy project, but a quality-of-life project – for guests, residents, staff and cities.

Partners & cooperation

How we cooperate with ESCOs, manufacturers and operators

ESCO partners

ESCO partners are the natural backbone of implementation. They know the buildings, the clients and the financing instruments. Green AC&DC Energy™ provides a clearly structured concept:
  • definition of the pilot and reference scenario,
  • selection of equipment families that fit the concept,
  • Δ-Indicator™ / ΔE* calculations before and after the measures,
  • documentation that supports ESCO contracts and guarantees.

The goal is to make it easier for ESCOs to offer new-generation projects, where energy savings and non-energy benefits go hand in hand.

Manufacturers, hotels, retailers

Equipment manufacturers, hotel operators, retail chains and cities are key for turning a single pilot into a wider roll-out. In cooperation with them, the programme focuses on:
  • identifying product lines that fit the concept (e.g. minibars, cabinets, LED packages),
  • defining model rooms, kitchens or stores as concrete references,
  • checking practical details (noise, maintenance, comfort, safety),
  • preparing material for internal decision-makers and investors.
European context

Aligned with EU energy and climate goals

Green AC&DC Energy™ is designed in a way that can support and complement European policies and programmes such as the European Green Deal, REPowerEU and LIFE Clean Energy Transition. The same pilot logic can be used:
  • to prepare strong demonstration projects,
  • to build portfolios of small measures into larger programmes,
  • to connect technical savings with social and health benefits,
  • to show how local projects can have EU-level impact.

The programme is developed to speak the language of both technical experts and policy-makers.

Method & authorship

Intellectual property and licensing

Green AC&DC Energy™, Δ-Indicator™ / ΔE* and related elements are part of an author’s concept. The idea is simple: everyone can benefit from lower consumption and better conditions, but there must also be a clear structure for using and developing the concept.
  • the author keeps the core logic of the method and systemic design,
  • partners can use the concept in defined projects and sectors,
  • quality control protects both the clients and the idea itself,
  • new improvements are fed back into the programme for future pilots.

In this way, the programme stays open for cooperation, while respecting authorship, licensing and quality standards.
